What is CollArt?

 

I'm not sure where I ran into Tony  Armlin and his CollArt operation. Perhaps is was at a bank here in town? I recall looking at the display, thinking most of this was junk, but strangely fascinated by the several things I liked.

 CollArt offers artwork for sale created by adults with disabilities residing at the Sonoma Developmental Center working one-on-one with Tony Armlin. CollArt is not art therapy as such, but provides opportunities for developmentally disabled adults to experience a collaborative working relationship while earning spending money.  CollArt allows the public to interact with developmentally disabled adults by viewing and purchasing their collaborations.
